The food and service were both amazing! We had a group of 13 and even though they don't take reservations they were really nice on the phone and accommodated is by holding some tables. Our server was fast and easy going and let us do separate checks by family.
We had a variety of dishes- tempura appetizers, noodles, teriyaki bowls, and sushi. The specialty rolls were fantastic and big. Three of us shared 4 between us and we were happily stuffed! Other people loved their bento boxes- great variety and a lot of food.
The chef and sushi chef both even stopped by our table to check and make sure we enjoyed everything!
Friendly staff, great food (quality and quantity) and big variety (so not just for sushi fans). I highly recommend. What a gem! -

Over priced ! Very little food we paid over $30 for this I was upset but I was at work !!! Over priced for the amount of food and it was all that the taste ! Healthy Japan in Tulare is much better and affordable! Never again will put office order from Asian grill !

Excellent !!!!!!!!!! We took Tyler's(works at Target self check) recommendation. Very tasty. We got the beef UDON noodle soup, wonderful flavor. Shrimp Tempura and fried beef potstickers. Was super delicious !! We will be back. We could probably split one bowl of the Udon beef soup.

My first experience here and it was pretty good. If I could give them a half star, I'd give them 3.5, but I'm willing to jump the half star for these reasons:
Service- the service here was great. Our server was attentive and came over several times to check on us. She brought everything we needed and didn't forget anything.
Atmosphere- the atmosphere was nice. It wasn't fancy nor was it too casual. Kind of in the middle and it was quaint, which made it feel a little more private.
Parking- ample parking, no issues whatsoever
Food- it was decent. It wasn't great, but it wasnt bad. We ordered sushi rolls, yakisoba, and a teriyaki chicken bowl. The sushi tasted good, but could have been more fresh. The raw scallops weren't fresh and had a weird taste (kind of like burnt rubber). Also the rolls all looked similar, which I'm not used to. For the price you pay for rolls, you kind of expect a little more pizzazz. The chicken yakisoba was okay. It wasn't the best I've had, but it had pretty good flavor. The chicken was pretty dry. Also, the portion size wasn't that great. For $13.00, I could have gotten twice as much noodles somewhere else.
The food was okay (if I was really hungry, I'd eat here again), but everything else was great. All in all, we had a good experience. -

Love this place! The rolls are delicious and well formed, the tempura is crispy and tasty, and they have Yakisoba! Always great service too.
I come here regularly and have never had a bad experience. Definitely recommend
